1. The concrete block in the mixer dump of the concrete mixer truck should be cleaned up in time, workers can clean it with a jackhammer. Every time the material is discharged, the tank must be washed with water, or it will increase more and more. If you don’t do it promptly, there will always be material accumulation, which is inevitable.
2. When the mixer truck is parked in the open field, the mixer drum should be reversed before loading, and the accumulated water (or rainwater) and debris in the drum should be discharged to ensure the quality of the concrete.
3. Wear protective equipment when working near the discharge hopper and discharge chute. Do not approach the hopper and the mixing port, do not touch the rotating mixing drum with your hands.
4. When driving on the highway, the extended chute must be turned over and placed on the unloading chute and tie with a hook and the unloading chute and the extended chute must be locked on the frame with a locking device. Because it is not fixed and shakes, it causes injury accidents and affects other vehicles.
5. When vehicles pass through bridges, caves, warehouses, or other facilities, they must pay attention to the height of the passage and the road to avoid damage to the mixer.
6. The continuous operation time of the working device should not exceed 8h.
7. During the no-load operation of the mixer truck and the process of conveying concrete, the mixer drum shall not stop rotating to avoid the segregation of concrete.
8. The water volume of the water tank should be filled up frequently for emergency use.
9. Before adding water to the water tank, the air release valve must be opened to release the air in the tank, and the air tank must be closed in time after charging and supplying water.
