Reful the trucks may be the major expense during the road sweeper truck's daily use. So how to reful it more economical? Actually, we can use 7 tips.

1. The best time to refuel is night or morning. The temperature in the summer is relatively hot, so you should avoid refueling when the sun strong and the temperature is relatively high. We charged fuel by volume, not weight. Therefore, because fuel expand with heat and contract with cold, when refueling in the morning or evening, the same volume of fuel weight more, so it is more cost-effective. In the underground oil storage tanks of gas stations, the temperature is  lowest at 5-8 in the morning every day, therefore, it is the most suitable time to refuel.

2. If the sprinkler is not used for a long time, its fuel cannot be filled too much. If the fuel is left for a long time, it will deteriorate.

3. If the sprinklers need to drive for a long distandce, fresh fuel can be added, which will make the vehicles more dynamic at high speeds.

4. Don't refuel tank when you totally run out of the fuel, which will cause damage to the fuel pump of the sprinkler. Because when the fuel is about to run out, it is easier to cause the fuel pump burn out.

5. If the sprinklers are often work in the city center, then the fuel tank can be added to two-thirds or half of its volume, because this truck have to stop frequently, if the fuel tank is filled with fuel, it will increase the load on the engine, and also consume more fuel when running.

6. When there are many people line up for refueling, you must not join in. If the oil guns at the gas station are all turned on at the same time, it will be easier to get impurities in the bottom of the oil tank.

7. If you see a row of fuel trucks parked in the oil station, you'd better turn around and find other places to refuel. This is because when the tanker is replenishing fuel, it will make the fuel in the tank turbid, the fuel may cause damage to the truck.
