The power of the vacuum pump comes from the chassis engine. The engine is transmitted to the vacuum pump through the gearbox, power take-off, and driveshaft. The vacuum pump draws out the air in the sealed tank during the suction work to form a negative pressure and uses the atmospheric pressure outside the tank to press the dirt into the tank through the suction pipe. When the sewage is discharged, the vacuum pump puts the atmospheric pressure outside the tank into the tank and uses air pressure to discharge the dirt out of the tank (the continuous working time of the vacuum pump generally does not exceed 30 minutes)
The vacuum pump is a piece of very important equipment on the sewage suction truck and the fecal suction truck, so the maintenance must be very careful.
Extending the service life of sewage suction truck and fecal suction truck will not be a challenge as long as you follow our tips!
1. When the vacuum pump of the sewage suction truck is to be stopped, first close the gate valve and pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.
2. In the first month of operation, the vacuum pump of the sewage suction truck will change the lubricating oil after 100 hours and then change the oil once every 500 hours.
3. Frequently adjust the packing gland to ensure that the leakage in the packing chamber is normal (it is better to leak out as a drip).
4. Regularly check the wear of the shaft sleeve, and replace it in time when the wear is large.
5. When the vacuum pump of the sewage suction truck is used in the cold winter season, after stopping, unscrew the drain plug at the bottom of the pump body to drain the medium. Prevent freezing and cracking.
6. The vacuum pump of the sewage suction truck is out of service for a long time. It is necessary to disassemble the pump completely, wipe off the water, apply grease to the rotating parts and joints, and store them properly.
7. Hubei Chengli Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. teaches you to check whether there is any looseness in the vacuum pump pipeline and joint of the sewage suction truck. Turn the vacuum pump by hand to see if the vacuum pump is flexible.
8. Add bearing lubricating oil to the bearing body, observe that the oil level should be at the centerline of the oil mark, and the lubricating oil should be replaced or replenished in time.
Nine. Unscrew the water diversion screw plug of the vacuum pump body, and fill the water diversion (or slurry).
10. Close the gate valve, outlet pressure gauge, and inlet vacuum gauge of the outlet pipe.
11. Jog the motor to see if the rotation direction of the motor is correct.
12. Turn on the motor. When the vacuum pump of the sewage suction truck is running normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump. After seeing the proper pressure, open the gate valve gradually and check the motor load.
