1. When the water truck uses rivers as water sources, it must be noted that the end of the suction pipe should be completely submerged in the water. In order to avoid sucking in mud, sand and other debris, there is a filtering device at the end of the suction pipe, and the filtering device should not be removed during water suction. If you try to absorb water in some places where the water source is relatively shallow, you should dig deeper for the suction to a get suitable location in advance. Different sprinklers have very different requirements for water pumps and water sources, and the water requirements of the clean water pump must not be mixed with impurities and the muddy water pump requires no excessive sand and stones in the muddy water pump.
2. Before using a centrifugal water pump to suck water, a certain amount of water needs to be added to the pump, and the water inlet needs to be closed immediately after the addition is completed. When the self-priming water pump is used for the first time, it needs to add water diversion, and that can no longer be added when it is used.
3. When absorbing water, the water inlet pipe system needs to maintain a certain vacuum to suck water into the tank. And the water inlet pipe system must be well sealed, the hose should not be damaged and the hard pipe must not have cracks, otherwise, there will be air leakage, which will also lead to the inability to absorb water.
4. Regardless of whether the sprinkler is absorbing water or before sprinkling, the power take-off device must be geared before stopping.
5. When the sprinkler is in winter, the water in the pipe and the pump should be emptied to avoid freezing and cracking when the temperature is too low. In the north when the temperature is relatively low in winter, water trucks can not work anymore. In this situation, the water in the water pipe and the water pump should be drained.
6. The front sprinklers of the water truck are located closer to the ground, and the position is relatively low, thereby the road surface can be washed when the pressure is relatively high. The position of the rear sprinkler is relatively high, and the area that can be sprinkled is relatively wide. It can be used for sprinkler on the highway. The front sprinkler should be closed when the rear sprinkler is used.
7. The water storage tank of the sprinkler is equipped with a sewage pipe, and the inlet of the sewage pipe is at the lowest place of the water tank. After a long period of use, turn on the switch of the sewage pipe regularly to clean up and remove all the debris stored in the tank until the water becomes clear again.
