In order to have the highest working efficiency and the longest service life of the Sinotruk wrecker truck, daily maintenance is a must. For your car, please follow the following methods of maintenance frequently:
1. Develop a good habit of checking the hydraulic system every time before leaving the Sinotruk wrecker truck, and observe whether there is any oil leakage in the hydraulic valve, cylinder, joint pipeline, etc. Once a problem is found, replace the sealing element or go to a professional maintenance department to repair ;
2. Do the daily maintenance of the lifting arm, if it is found to be damaged, it should be repaired;
3. Apply lubricating oil to hydraulic parts once a month to prevent wear and aging of the hydraulic mechanism. But the piston rod part of the hydraulic cylinder is forbidden to be greased;
4. Regularly pull out the steel wire rope of the hydraulic winch and lubricate it with lubricating oil-times;
5. New cars generally have to replace the hydraulic oil every six months. With the aging of the car, the replacement time of hydraulic oil is generally no more than one year;
6. Use lubricating oil produced by regular manufacturers, do not mix various lubricating oils together;
7. When the hydraulic oil is added, the oil pump should be operated at a low speed, mainly to discharge the air in the hydraulic system from the vent hole and prevent the oxidation of the hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil in the oil tank must be kept between the specified line and the upper and lower lines, and the hydraulic oil must be filtered before adding the hydraulic oil;
8. Do not overflow when replacing the hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil still has a certain corrosion damage ability to other parts of the vehicle.
