The power of the vacuum pump of the Foton forland 4-5m³ fecal suction truck comes from the chassis engine. The engine is transmitted to the vacuum pump through the gearbox, power take-off, and driveshaft. The waste is pressed into the tank through the sewage suction pipe; when the waste is discharged, the vacuum pump puts the atmospheric pressure outside the tank into the tank and uses the air pressure to discharge the waste out of the tank (the continuous working time of the vacuum pump generally does not exceed 30 minutes). The sequence of airflow in the gas path is when sucking dirt, the vacuum pump sucks air with certain humidity in the tank into the water-gas separator, where the water is separated and flows back into the tank, and the gas enters the vacuum pump through the four-way valve along the pipeline. The gas port is mixed with lubricating oil in the pump and discharged from the exhaust port through the compression chamber. In particular, the mixture is initially separated by the coarse filter, and the separated oil flows back to the oil pump. The mixed gas is further separated by the oil and gas separator, and then enters the four-way The valve exhausts the atmosphere. Manual operation of the four-way valve can change the direction of airflow, and suction and discharge freely.
The difference between a suction truck and a sewage suction truck:
Common point: Both the sewage suction truck and the fecal suction truck are sanitation vehicles, and the key components are vacuum pumps. The pressure difference generated by the vacuum pump is used for suction and feces suction. Both can be used for cleaning manure and sewage sludge.
Differences: Because of the structural differences between the two vehicles, the specific uses and prices are very different. The sewage suction truck adopts a round tank body, the rear part can be opened, and the tank body is lifted by hydraulic cylinders for sewage discharge. The fecal suction truck has a simple structure, adopts an elliptical tank body with a sealed rear head, and uses the pressure generated by a vacuum pump to discharge sewage.
