The special part of the sewage suction truck is composed of power take-off, transmission shaft, vacuum suction pump, pressure tank, hydraulic part, pipe network system, vacuum pressure gauge, sight window, hand washing device, etc., equipped with a high-power vacuum suction pump and high-quality hydraulic system, the tank head can be die-casted at one time, the tank can be opened behind, and the double tops are self-unloading. The dirt in the tank can be dumped directly through the back cover, and it has the characteristics of a high vacuum (more suction than a fecal suction truck), large tonnage, high efficiency, and wider use.
The composition of the sewage suction truck: oil-water separator, water-gas separator, special vacuum sewage suction pump, volume pressure gauge, pipe network system, suction pipe, gravity valve, vacuum tank, connecting device (sight window), automatic protection overflow valve, hydraulic kit.
1. Preparation before operation of sewage suction truck
The rear of the suction truck should be as close as possible to the operating point and parked. Turn the handle of the through cock of the return tank to an angle of about 45° with the axis of the oil inlet pipe, and observe the oil inlet pipe. There should be lubricating oil flowing. Open the side door of the walking platform, take out the dirt suction hose, and make it swing backward without bending.
2. Suction operation
Pull the dirt suction hose as deep as possible into the dirt liquid to ensure that the end of the pipe is always below 300mm from the liquid level during the operation. Push the handle of the four-way valve to be perpendicular to the ground. The transmission is put into neutral gear, then the engine is started, the clutch is disconnected, and the power take-off switch is pulled back to shift the gear to take the force, and the vacuum pump starts to run. Open the toolbox in the cab, pull out the buzzer switch, and turn on its power. The operator can go through the observation mirror on the upper part of the rear head. When the liquid level reaches the middle of the observation mirror, the driver should be notified, and the colleague should quickly pull the dirt suction hose off the ground or close the four-way valve. Under normal circumstances, the buzzer will emit a sound and light signal at this time, the driver should reduce the throttle when receiving the signal, push the power take-off switch forward and out of gear, the vacuum pump stops, press the buzzer switch to cut off its power.
Turn the fuel tank straight-through cock handle plate parallel to the axis of the inlet mailbox to close it. After flushing the hose, put it back into the platform box, close the side door, and position the boom toward the top of the cab. Close the anti-overflow valve and make its handle perpendicular to the road axis. Drive the sewage suction truck away from the worksite.
3. Discharge operation
Point the dirt suction hose towards the dirt storage tank.
Pull the rear handle of the four-way valve parallel to the ground, open the overflow prevention valve, and make the handle parallel to the pipeline axis.
Put the transmission into neutral, then start the engine, disconnect the clutch, pull the power take-off switch backward to engage the gear and take the power, the vacuum pump will start running, put the transmission into neutral, then start the engine, disconnect the clutch, and turn the power take-off switch to Pull back to shift the gear to take power, and the vacuum pump starts to run.
After the dirty liquid in the tank is discharged, the driver should promptly push the power take-off to handle forward to release the gear, and the vacuum pump will stop running.
Close the fuel tank through cock handle parallel to the axis of the inlet mailbox. After flushing the hose, put it back into the platform box, close the side door, and make the boom facing the upper part of the cab.
