Working process of vacuum sewage suction truck:
1. Remove the dirt suction hose from the vehicle and put it into the sink well. In order to make the dirt suction hose straight or freely bend, the parking position should be fully considered according to the actual situation.
2. Depress the clutch pedal, turn on the power take-off switch, and then slowly release the clutch pedal to run the vacuum pump.
3. Turn on the alarm switch.
4. Place the throttle handle in the proper position according to the pump type and observe the tachometer to make it reach the required value.
5. Place the four-way valve switch handle in the suction position, and check whether the air discharged from the air pipe is normal, whether the vacuum pump is running abnormally, and whether the vacuum gauge is normal.
6. When observing the reading of the vacuum gauge to 6KPa, rotate to open the mud suction ball valve. The half-open state will easily damage the ball valve and affect the result of dirt suction.
7. When the sewage suction truck sucks in sludge, the suction pipe should be moved frequently. When sucking in high-viscosity sludge, occasionally suck in air and water to improve work efficiency.
