The stainless steel vacuum tank truck is composed of a tank body, vacuum pump, power take-off, four-way valve, water-gas separator, oil-gas separator, oil return tank, boom, locking mechanism, and other components. The vacuum pump uses the engine to drive the power take-off to drive the pump so that the pressure in the tank is lower than the atmospheric pressure, and the fecal liquid is drawn into and out of the tank through the fecal suction hose under the action of atmospheric pressure.
The fecal suction tube can rotate 360 degrees, and the discharge has two ways of pressure discharge and self-flow discharge. The time for the suction truck to pump up the sewage (feces) tank ≤5min, suction range: ≥6m. The stainless steel vacuum tank truck is self-priming and self-discharging, with fast working speed, large capacity, and convenient transportation. It is suitable for collecting and transporting various fluids such as crude oil liquid substances, sewer mud, sludge, and mud.
