The ISUZU road sweeper truck adopts advanced intelligent one-key control technology, and all operations are completed in the cab. During operation, only the operation mode is selected, and the start and shutdown of each operation mechanism are automatically controlled by the program.
The auxiliary engine manual throttle control system is added on the basis of one-button control technology, which can independently adjust the throttle size according to the road conditions, effectively enhance and reduce fuel consumption; multiple voices prompts and music alarms, accurately broadcast various safety prompts, and fault points.
Working principle of road washing and sweeping truck: While the sweeping device is working, the auxiliary engine drives a high-pressure water pump equipped with a special clutch to participate in the work. The high-pressure water pump pressurizes the clean water from the clean water tank and delivers it to the spray rod in the nozzle and the left and right spray rods through the high-pressure pipeline control valve. Each spray rod is equipped with a number of special stainless steel fan nozzles. The fan-shaped water curtain sprayed by the nozzle forms a U-shaped water jet with a total width of not less than 3.5m, which directly washes the road surface, and the water after washing the road surface is sucked back into the garbage bin to realize the road cleaning.
