How to maintenance:
(1) The maintenance of chassis and supporting pumps shall be carried out according to the corresponding operating instructions.
(2) The commercial refrigerated trucks shall be run according to the requirements of the vehicle operation manual before use.
(3) Lubrication system maintenance: The refrigerated meat truck should be cleaned and maintained every 5000km-10000km, and it should also be cleaned and maintained once in case of excessive engine noise, weak acceleration or excessively high water temperature. Clean the engine internal sludge and other deposits, so as to avoid oxidation thickening under high temperature, can effectively reduce the wear of engine parts, thereby extending the engine life, improve the engine power.
(4) Maintenance of cooling system: The commercial refrigerated trucks should be cleaned and maintained once in winter and summer. It is hoped that you can clean and maintain the vehicle once every 6 to 8 months during normal driving, or once when the water temperature is too high, water leaks, or when the pot is opened. Remove marks and scales that cause overheating of the engine, prevent harmful corrosion, avoid and prevent leakage of seals and water tanks, and completely replace old coolant.
(5) Fuel system maintenance: the commercial refrigerated trucks should be cleaned and maintained once every 800km-1000km, or once when you find that the engine is panting, sluggish, poor acceleration, black smoke, inability and fuel consumption. To remove the glue and carbon deposition in the system, prevent harmful corrosion, avoid and stop leakage of seals and water tanks, and completely replace the old coolant.
