The self-mixing concrete truck is composed of two major assemblies, the chassis, and the upper part. The upper part is composed of a mixing drum, a sub-frame, feeding and discharging device, control system, hydraulic system, electrical systems, water supply system, and guardrail.

1. The large volume design of the mixing drum makes it have a larger filling space and mixing space.
2. The lower center of gravity makes the vehicle more stable when driving.
3. The compact closed hydraulic circuit system improves work efficiency.
4. The temperature control switch can ensure that the temperature of the hydraulic system is never higher than 65°C.
5. The sub-frame adopts a box-shaped structure, which increases the torsion resistance of the whole vehicle.
6. Wear-resistant liners are added to the feed hopper and the swing discharge chute to increase the service life.
7. The rolling ring of the mixing drum is integrally forged.
8. The shape and layout of the blades and their position in the mixing drum are specially designed to ensure good homogeneity, fast feeding and discharging speed, and low discharge residual rate.
9. The oil drain pipe can be used to easily replace the oil in the hydraulic system without polluting the environment.
10. Mixing drum control handles are installed on the left and right sides and in the cab, making the operation easy and flexible.
11. The mixing drum shell and blades made of special materials have higher wear resistance.
